WELCOME TO POPLAR ESTATES! Poplar Estates is a beautiful, historic neighborhood on the edge of Germantown, a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee. The neighborhood, initially established in the 1960s, offers single-family, multi-story living on wooded lots with two city parks and access to some of the best schools in the state nearby. POPLAR ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONThe primary goals of the Poplar Estates Homeowners Association are to establish a sense of community and protect your interests as a homeowner in our established, diverse neighborhood. We are a purely voluntary organization. Membership is only $30 annually. All dues go towards maintenance of the front entrance, website, and fun neighborhood events.
