This past Tuesday was the City of Germantown's Neighborhood Summit where your very own Poplar Estates Home Owners Association was in attendance to show off our community. This was a wonderful event open to all Germantown residents with a happy hour reception, local business expo, door prizes and great presentations on Germantown's history and parks.
